Welcome to the South Region!

Home to YJA members of Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.

The South is native to the loudest sports fans, big space shuttles, and top tier schools! As a region, we greatly emphasize serving the community and encouraging religious education and discussion, bringing Jain youth together through social activities, and working with local sanghs to promote a sense of connectedness in our members. As a region, we host a variety of events throughout the year, from community service events and temple cleanups to national dinners and bowling socials. We are proud to say our convention attendance and event participation is some of the strongest in the country and that the South Region won the first ever Interregional Clothing Drive, cementing our place as the greatest region in YJA!
